Manfred Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tao Zhou Ke, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Volkan Saltık had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hagmoren BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basílio Silveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 40 minutes, Basílio Silveira made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Hagmoren BK's Manfred Johnsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Hagmoren BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ were winning 0-6.

When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Hagmoren BK lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
