Spectators: 8504 (Terracing: 6378, Seating: 1956, VIP seats: 170) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Darwin Núñez kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rambo Rambo in the 4th minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Santana Armada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Playa Malvín's Darwin Núñez got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Niva came free, but Teodoro Arizmendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Arizmendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wágner Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Recife in the 10th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Teodoro Arizmendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santana Armada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rambo Rambo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Saverio Niva made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Arizmendi. Playa Malvín's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rambo Rambo in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santana Armada saved Vancouver Reds from getting behind. When Playa Malvín's Rambo Rambo in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vancouver Reds's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wágner Recife in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Arizmendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Playa Malvín's Teodoro Arizmendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Niva in the 27th minute of play. Teodoro Arizmendi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saverio Niva's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Vancouver Reds's Greger Sandström managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Baldemar Urbieta in the 29 minute of the game. After having played for 30 minutes, Benicio Valentine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vancouver Reds's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benicio Valentine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Niva in the 34th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Teodoro Arizmendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Playa Malvín's Teodoro Arizmendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Niva in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wágner Recife to make the kick off. Wágner Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Victor Krum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santana Armada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rambo Rambo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Playa Malvín's Jaxx Jax got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute, Jaxx Jax hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Rodrigo Ferdinand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Arizmendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vancouver Reds's Santana Armada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rambo Rambo in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Rambo Rambo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santana Armada was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 74th minute, Wiliam Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vancouver Reds's Santana Armada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Trevilla in the 75th minute of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Thomas Trevilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vancouver Reds's Santana Armada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santana Armada came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Playa Malvín's Thomas Trevilla. But to his dismay, Thomas Trevilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Vancouver Reds's Florentino Barrette was substituted for Wágner Recife. The supporters of Vancouver Reds booed when Playa Malvín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Papo Tellado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vancouver Reds's Greger Sandström shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 93rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Teodoro Arizmendi but with some difficulty. Benicio Valentine might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodoro Arizmendi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benicio Valentine ran back to his position shaking his head. Teodoro Arizmendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Valentine in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Playa Malvín had won after a very even match.
