Spectators: 8597 (Terracing: 6449, Seating: 1977, VIP seats: 171) In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Santana Armada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodoro Arizmendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Recife in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Darwin Núñez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Playa Malvín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience was convinced that Rambo Rambo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santana Armada was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rambo Rambo in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santana Armada saved Vancouver Reds from getting behind. Saverio Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Vancouver Reds's Benicio Valentine got a free kick in the 14th minute. Rambo Rambo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santana Armada having to make a save. Teodoro Arizmendi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Saverio Niva sent off a good shot on target. Playa Malvín's Teodoro Arizmendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Recife in the 24th minute of play. Saverio Niva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Teodoro Arizmendi made a huge save. Teodoro Arizmendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Niva in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaxx Jax in the 31st minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Santana Armada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Arizmendi made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Saverio Niva sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Wágner Recife made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Greger Sandström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 52 played minutes Vancouver Reds got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Perfumo. After having played for 53 minutes, Jaxx Jax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Playa Malvín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaxx Jax was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 56 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Jaxx Jax. After 58 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Jaxx Jax. Playa Malvín's attentive Jean-Claude Van Damme managed to snatch the ball when Wiliam Xavier made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. Teodoro Arizmendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Ferdinand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Thomas Trevilla replaced Rambo Rambo. Playa Malvín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaxx Jax in the 71st minute. It was a well-played corner which Thomas Trevilla managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 76th minute Thomas Trevilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santana Armada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santana Armada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Trevilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Vancouver Reds's Wiliam Xavier got a free kick in the 77th minute. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Thomas Trevilla took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Santana Armada to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Trevilla in the 81st minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Santana Armada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santana Armada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Trevilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. With a little luck, Vancouver Reds's Santana Armada got control of the ball when Thomas Trevilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teodoro Arizmendi came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Vancouver Reds's Rodrigo Ferdinand. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Ferdinand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 95th minute, Benicio Valentine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Playa Malvín had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
