In the 12thth minute of the game Cristiano Ronaldinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Compugraf's Pedrão Furtado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kiko Cearense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Compugraf's Pedrão Furtado got control of the ball when Cristiano Mota tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, Trindade Atlético Club's Cristiano Mota made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedrão Furtado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Cristiano Ronaldinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulo-Roberto Falcão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silas Prata in the 19th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romário França during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Compugraf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário França to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Trindade Atlético Club's Kiko Cearense tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pedro Luiz Pinheiro hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the game, Trindade Atlético Club's Cristiano Mota nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedrão Furtado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Neco Trindade made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Germano do Vale immediately put the ball in play. Pedrão Furtado came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Trindade Atlético Club's Cristiano Mota. But to his dismay, Cristiano Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Joélson Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when Compugraf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joélson Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After some careless play in the Compugraf defense, Kiko Cearense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedrão Furtado. The Compugraf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedrão Furtado should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Compugraf's zone, Cristiano Ronaldinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrão Furtado came out of the goal and Cristiano Ronaldinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Trindade Atlético Club's Cristiano Mota in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Compugraf's goalie prevented a goal. Romário França kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Kiko Cearense took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedrão Furtado. Compugraf's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pedrão Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Pombal in the 60th minute of the match. Trindade Atlético Club's Germano do Vale quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Romário França, made in the 63rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Mota in the 65th minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Pedrão Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Cristiano Mota left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trindade Atlético Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Trindade Atlético Club's Rafa Borre was substituted for Kiko Cearense. Trindade Atlético Club's Renan da Mata was substituted for Cristiano Ronaldinho. Cristiano Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Furtado having to interfere. Pedrão Furtado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafa Borre went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Cristiano Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Tony de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafa Borre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Pedrão Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrão Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
