Francisco Pope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corentin Serre, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Corentin Serre who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Francisco Pope when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprien Bénard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Francisco Pope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Pipon Pipon from getting a goal against them. Francisco Pope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corentin Serre, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Francisco Pope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corentin Serre in the 22nd minute of play. Xavier Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamel Cronshagen in the 24th minute of play. If Cyprien Bénard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to En avant de guingamp getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Vincent Troubat hit a great ball. Xavier Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose José in the 28th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Francisco Pope had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thierry Bianchini. Francisco Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprien Bénard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th match minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duncan Isaac to maneuver through the defense. Freddie Henderson's late challenge caught a En avant de guingamp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddie Henderson helped the player get up and apologised. Freddie Henderson hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Francisco Pope acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Malik Dubernard. Cyprien Bénard hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Corentin Serre made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Corentin Serre made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Francisco Pope tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 56 minutes into the game, En avant de guingamp's Thierry Bianchini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisco Pope made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Kelly Hopson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute Corentin Serre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Pope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes, Corentin Serre made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Francisco Pope tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gaétan Recher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C. A. Cyprien Bénard might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Pope. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cyprien Bénard ran back to his position shaking his head. C. A. Francisco Pope made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Owen Vera took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xavier Freitas. Xavier Freitas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 76 minutes into the match, En avant de guingamp's goal looked a bit too open when Owen Vera came free, but Xavier Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C. A. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Ramon Kern replaced Kelly Hopson. The supporters of C. A. Pipon Pipon booed when En avant de guingamp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaétan Recher didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose José in the 81st minute of play forced En avant de guingamp's goalkeeper Xavier Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Pope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corentin Serre in the 82nd minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Corentin Serre came free, but Francisco Pope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of En avant de guingamp booed when C. A. Pipon Pipon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamel Cronshagen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaétan Recher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the En avant de guingamp players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
