Spectators: 8048 (Terracing: 6037, Seating: 1851, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iraido Treviño started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Kazimierz Tylinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herblay and the ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Kazimierz Tylinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute of the match, Iraido Treviño got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gustave Héron was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 10th minute Kylian Wiart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordarrol Vallejoller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kylian Wiart in the 13th minute of play forced ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalkeeper Cordarrol Vallejoller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Batiste Botella who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Cordarrol Vallejoller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean-Michel Portier during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joe Grosso hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Kylian Wiart made the kick off in the second half. Gustave Héron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraido Treviño in the 56th minute of play. Gustave Héron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iraido Treviño in the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Éthan Plantade to maneuver through the defense. Kylian Wiart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Cordarrol Vallejoller made a huge save. Gustave Héron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
