Faustino Baleren made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Rene Millares sent off a good shot on target. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Borussia Dortmund's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
