Adrian Högberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Lövkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. John Lundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, Strömsbro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Bohlin to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Lundström got free with Per-Olof Walroth in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dag Lindmark made a kick off. Adrian Högberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Smitt in the 51st minute of play. PP Plessydask's Adrian Högberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save PP Plessydask from getting a goal against them. Kaj Arenstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gösta Zander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gösta Zander took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Per-Olof Walroth. Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Per-Olof Walroth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dag Lindmark in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Hannes Larsson got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Dag Lindmark ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per-Olof Walroth was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If John Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute of the match, Thomas Lövkvist got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adrian Högberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 91st minute Dag Lindmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Olof Walroth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Strömsbro IF were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over PP Plessydask's much stronger midfield.
