Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Octavio Fournier kicked off to start the match. A collision led to S.D. Bajen getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Josh Williamson hit a great ball. Adolfo Harris charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Harris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Luís Eduardo Silva was substituted for Giuseppe da Costa. Adolfo Harris kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Luís Paulo Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Paulo Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrick Layton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When S.D. Bajen's Octavio Fournier in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. 10 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu Silva came free, but Rodrick Layton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Lane Berg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.D. Bajen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 25th minute Josh Williamson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xandinho Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Eduardo Silva scored 1-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrick Layton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lane Berg got free with Xandinho Bomba in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th match minute, S.D. Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donovan Hewitt to maneuver through the defense. Luís Paulo Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrick Layton having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Barral in the 40th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Rodrick Layton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes of play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Gugu Silva made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrick Layton was left in no man's land by his defense there! 48 minutes into the game, Ruy Ortiz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Rodrick Layton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvério Barral to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Amorim came free, but Rodrick Layton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrick Layton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lane Berg might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xandinho Bomba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lane Berg ran back to his position shaking his head. Luís Eduardo Silva struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rodrick Layton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ. Silvério Barrals short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Rodrick Layton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 66 minutes into the match, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Silvério Barral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrick Layton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 69 minutes of play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Silvério Barral made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrick Layton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xandinho Bomba came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by S.D. Bajen's Josh Williamson. But to his dismay, Josh Williamson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 78th match minute, S.D. Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lane Berg to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Lane Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Eduardo Silva got free with Rodrick Layton in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodrick Layton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrick Layton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Silva in the 94th minute of play. Lane Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
