Spectators: 7658 (Terracing: 5745, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Godfredo Jaen started the match with the kick off. Eustaquio Orlo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernie Rosales in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Costante in the 13th minute of play forced El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Jonah Peck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. James Uribe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Julian Corcoran. Jonah Peck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Jaen in the 22nd minute of the match. Haroldo Guifre hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 35th match minute, El Canalla de Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kermit DeJesus to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Vladimiro Costante shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonah Peck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Naboonga Wild Katt FC reached it. In the 37th minute of the match, Clark Lindsey got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eustaquio Orlo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 41 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by A.J. Fernandez. Ubaldo Mannuel's late challenge caught a El Canalla de Chicago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Mannuel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Naboonga Wild Katt FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ubaldo Mannuel hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clark Lindsey was the one to do the kick off. James Uribe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Orlo having to make a save. If Clark Lindsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustaquio Orlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clark Lindsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Emmanuel Akers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Canalla de Chicago's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Naboonga Wild Katt FC the free kick. After 56 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Akers. In the 57th minute of the match, Vladimiro Costante got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonah Peck was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. El Canalla de Chicago's Cobi Babcock was substituted for A.J. Fernandez. After having played for 63 minutes, Curtis Wiggins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curtis Wiggins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling James Uribe in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Orlo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th match minute, Naboonga Wild Katt FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Enetz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Damaso Abaunza got a free kick in the 71st minute. Kermit DeJesus hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 85 minutes of play Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Ubaldo Mannuel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Bernie Rosales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Orlo having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Clark Lindsey notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Eustaquio Orlo. Eustaquio Orlo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roque Lander hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Emmanuel Akers sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Eustaquio Orlo didn't even have to move. After 95 minutes, Cornelio Nikola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Naboonga Wild Katt FC and the El Canalla de Chicago players grew even worse after the yellow card.
