Spectators: 7784 (Terracing: 5839, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 155) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Neil Murray got the match started through his kick off. If Steven De Kelper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37thth minute of the game Edward Hind who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bacardi FC's Steve Adriaensens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Conan Shields made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbe Winnepennincks in the 40th minute of play. Bacardi FC's Robbe Winnepennincks got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute Neil Murray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steve Adriaensens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robbe Winnepennincks to make the kick off. Steve Adriaensens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Hind in the 51st minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Neil Murray came free, but Steve Adriaensens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeff Kellaway kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Steve Adriaensens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leigh Case in the 79th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Artuur Van Steen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bacardi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clapham Comets F.C. the free kick. Artuur Van Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Fabrice Vanden Berghe was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. Steve Adriaensens went to the wrong direction when Neil Murray was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The Bacardi FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Clapham Comets F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
