Julio Farias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Abrahamsson in the 5th minute of the match. Jens-Åke Blixt didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After having played for 14 minutes, Victor Incendio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Deportivo Álvarez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Incendio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esteban Hvalica's late challenge caught a Slipmaskinerna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Hvalica helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Álvarez's Alan Hvalica made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Åke Blixt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Jonas Spetz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Slipmaskinerna's Jonas Spetz got a free kick in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Alan Hvalica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Álvarez's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Hvalica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens-Åke Blixt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Club Deportivo Álvarez booed when Slipmaskinerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Forssell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteban Hvalica could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jens-Åke Blixt made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Esteban Hvalica made a kick off. The supporters of Club Deportivo Álvarez booed when Slipmaskinerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfons Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Farias made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Wilhelm Jakobsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute, Jonas Spetz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Farias was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Julio Farias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Spetz in the 60th minute. Club Deportivo Álvarez's Mario Hvalica suffered a sore thigh after 69 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 69 minutes, Jonas Spetz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slipmaskinerna and the Club Deportivo Álvarez players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes Slipmaskinerna got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Spetz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Spetz in the 72nd minute of play forced Club Deportivo Álvarez's goalkeeper Julio Farias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Forssell hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Julio Farias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fred Forssell in the 80th minute. Fred Forssell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Farias came out and tried to block the shot, but Fred Forssell slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Álvarez's Arturo Marquez got a free kick in the 86th minute. Jens-Åke Blixt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Hvalica in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Victor Incendio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Åke Blixt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Club Deportivo Álvarez's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
