The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Arixo. In the 8th match minute, Club Almirante Brown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Pierres to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Rencio in the 15th minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Mourent Sutimbul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Hilman Cahyono Putro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Colon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Rencio came free, but Mourent Sutimbul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Club Almirante Brown's zone, Syamsir Kumbara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Colon came out of the goal and Syamsir Kumbara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mourent Sutimbul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Donio in the 26th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Laurentzi. Aldo Colon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uus Himawan in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Uus Himawan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aldo Colon. Club Almirante Brown's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uus Himawan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 43rd minute, Uus Himawan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Club Almirante Brown fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Club Almirante Brown's Prudencio Donio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Begu Ganjang's Haryanto Nurpijal was substituted for Hilman Cahyono Putro. In the 51st match minute, Club Almirante Brown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Quinteros to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Rencio in the 54th minute of play forced Begu Ganjang's goalkeeper Mourent Sutimbul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Syamsir Kumbara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Begu Ganjang's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Almirante Brown the free kick. Syamsir Kumbara hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Begu Ganjang's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Rencio came free, but Mourent Sutimbul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Syamsir Kumbara was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Begu Ganjang's Mourent Sutimbul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Donio in the 66th minute of play. After 73 minutes, Remigio Arixo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Almirante Brown and the Begu Ganjang players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute of the game, Begu Ganjang got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Aldo Colon came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Begu Ganjang's Uus Himawan. But to his dismay, Uus Himawan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Rodrigo Pierres kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Begu Ganjang's Mourent Sutimbul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Donio in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Niceto Gurutz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes in the game, Uus Himawan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aldo Colon having to interfere. Begu Ganjang's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
