In the 16th minute Thierry Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tião Maia's late challenge caught a Xentrias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tião Maia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Tião Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Xentrias booed when Pragmáticos 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. After recieving a nice pass, Pragmáticos 1903's Ruud Gullit tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Aaron Kullgren charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Kullgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xentrias's Maximilian Strömbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Severo in the 91st minute of play. Gert Österberg's late challenge caught a Pragmáticos 1903's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gert Österberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, Xentrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Österberg to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Pragmáticos 1903 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Xentrias throughout the match.
