The supporters of Pragmáticos 1903 booed when Xentrias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Säfström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thierry Henry in the 23rd minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Maximilian Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximilian Strömbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruud Gullit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Puskás in the 36th minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Maximilian Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximilian Strömbom made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ruud Gullit sent off a good shot on target. Maximilian Strömbom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruud Gullit in the 44th minute. With a little luck, Xentrias's Maximilian Strömbom got control of the ball when Ruud Gullit tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Carlos Britto was a little too slow when Robert Ingemarsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 61st match minute, Xentrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olle Säfström to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Thierry Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Xentrias booed when Pragmáticos 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Carlos Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Håkansson in the 79th minute of play. Pragmáticos 1903 made a substitution. Ismael Severo replaced Thierry Henry. After 82 minutes Pragmáticos 1903's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leo Harman who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Xentrias's Jimmy Asserlindh getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Edgar Lundin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The Xentrias supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Xentrias would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
