Dolf Robbermond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute of the match, Christijan van Asseldonk got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sebastian Sandberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After the first half Degerfors IF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Laffitte came free, but Dolf Robbermond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
