Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Pedriza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 7th minute of play forced RACIN DE CHAWEN's goalkeeper Marco Pedriza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Pedriza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute MIT Craiova were awarded a corner. Mihăiţă Ilarie went to the cornerflag to take it. MIT Craiova's Tiberiu Caramarin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Pedriza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 12 minutes into the match, RACIN DE CHAWEN's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Marco Pedriza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Pedriza made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Dorin Banu sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, RACIN DE CHAWEN's Marco Pedriza got control of the ball when Florin Seremet tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marco Pedriza. The goal made the score 1-2. If Dorin Banu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as MIT Craiova's Tiberiu Caramarin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marco Pedriza. That made the score 2-2 after 37 minutes of play. Marco Pedriza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute MIT Craiova were awarded a corner. Mihăiţă Ilarie went to the cornerflag to take it. Calistrat Madgearu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Verdeja, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Caetano Galnares made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiberiu Caramarin in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Pedriza saved RACIN DE CHAWEN from getting behind. Tiberiu Caramarin struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Marco Pedriza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MIT Craiova. Marco Pedriza didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when MIT Craiova's Tiberiu Caramarin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-2 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MIT Craiova fans cheered their team off the field, for while RACIN DE CHAWEN had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
