Reynardo Rubin came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Christian Bergqvist. But to his dismay, Christian Bergqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 24th minute, Marco Ruben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Qiao Kun Guo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santiago Indalecio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Qiao Kun Guo took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Indalecio. Santiago Indalecio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Valhalla F.C. getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Qiao Kun Guo hit a great ball. Qiao Kun Guo in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Santiago Indalecio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Qiao Kun Guo to strike the kick off in the second half. Ruud van Nistelrooij might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Indalecio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
