The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Glembin got free with Denver Gagnon in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the match, Aimé Ham notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of KS Bukowe's Norbert Pyrtek. Norbert Pyrtek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 13 minutes, Ambrose Keen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flames FC and the KS Bukowe players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ambrose Keen kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 21 minutes of play, Flames FC's Ambrose Keen made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norbert Pyrtek was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute Edgar Glembin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denver Gagnon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Edgar Glembin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Bukowe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Glembin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Edgar Glembin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denver Gagnon was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After 41 minutes, Ambrose Keen made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. KS Bukowe's Norbert Pyrtek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Flames FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar Glembin to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgar Glembin kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Flames FC's Tomas Donovan got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Norbert Pyrtek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Donovan in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Tomas Donovan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flames FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Bukowe the free kick. After 59 played minutes Flames FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Donovan. Denver Gagnon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Glembin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Flames FC's Tomas Donovan got a free kick in the 68th minute. Edgar Glembin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denver Gagnon having to make a save. Denver Gagnon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Glembin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Stasio Czubski fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS Bukowe's protests and gave Stasio Czubski a yellow card for diving instead. Edgar Glembin hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ambrose Keen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Norbert Pyrtek came out and tried to block the shot, but Ambrose Keen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 82nd minute. Ambrose Keen was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 89 played minutes Flames FC got a freekick which was hit by Ambrose Keen. After a rather tough play, KS Bukowe's Czeslaw Kaczynski got a free kick in the 95th minute. Flames FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
