Pepe Rompel struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Kent Beckeman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Pipon Pipon. 7 minutes in the game Ronalds Koeman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Pepe Rompel. Jose José received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Kent Beckeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Nicky Bryson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the C. A. Pipon Pipon defense, Hasta Alfonso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jannes Ruttens. The C. A. Pipon Pipon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jannes Ruttens should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Gunnarsson in the 18th minute of play forced C. A. In the 30thth minute of the game Hasta Alfonso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jannes Ruttens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicky Bryson got free with Kent Beckeman in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hasta Alfonso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jannes Ruttens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Kent Beckeman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesario Irazu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute of the match, Nicky Bryson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kent Beckeman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jannes Ruttens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasta Alfonso in the 43rd minute of play. C. A. Pipon Pipon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronalds Koeman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jannes Ruttens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Miguel in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Figueroa came free, but Kent Beckeman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ronaldinho Miguel came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Glentown FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho Miguel couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Amanda Cabello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glentown FC's Kent Beckeman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm McIntosh in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match, Ronaldinho Miguel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jannes Ruttens was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Cristóvão Ortiz hit a great ball. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicky Bryson in the 75th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Ronaldinho Miguel took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Jannes Ruttens to make any attempt to save it. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Merlin Riley was substituted for Cesario Irazu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Miguel in the 83rd minute of play forced C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Jannes Ruttens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pipon Pipon were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after Glentown FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Al Whatley took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Merlin Riley got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-3. 98 minutes into the match. The C. A. Pipon Pipon supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Glentown FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Glentown FC.
