Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severo Bermudo in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Telo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 4 minutes, Severo Bermudo made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Removalist CF's Placido Telo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Severo Bermudo came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Utopía Muerta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severo Bermudo couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Severo Bermudo made a precise shot to the right of Placido Telo. Removalist CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Mano Hume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Camerino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mano Hume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Camerino, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Fermin Martinez came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Utopía Muerta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Martinez couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute of the match Removalist CF got a corner. Utopía Muerta FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erubiel Aresti ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Bermudo got free with Placido Telo in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Severo Bermudo made a precise shot to the right of Placido Telo. Removalist CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Severo Bermudo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Placido Telo made a huge save. After 33 minutes Removalist CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Armando Amarita who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Severo Bermudo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Telo was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 42nd minute, Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Severo Bermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Placido Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
51 minutes into the game, Severo Bermudo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Placido Telo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If David Brás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Placido Telo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Bermudo in the 57th minute of play. Removalist CF's Placido Telo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Bermudo in the 59th minute of play. After some careless play in the Removalist CF defense, Severo Bermudo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Placido Telo. The Removalist CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Placido Telo should have stopped the shot. Utopía Muerta FC made a substitution. Ramón Furtado replaced Severo Bermudo. After a defensive mix-up in Removalist CF's zone, Ramón Furtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Placido Telo came out of the goal and Ramón Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Furtado in the 69th minute of play forced Removalist CF's goalkeeper Placido Telo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ramón Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Placido Telo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramón Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Ramón Furtado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Placido Telo was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 77 minutes into the match, Ramón Furtado notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Removalist CF's Placido Telo. Placido Telo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 80 minutes into the match, Removalist CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Furtado came free, but Placido Telo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Utopía Muerta FC were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Removalist CF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Armando Amarita took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Furtado in the 84th minute of play forced Removalist CF's goalkeeper Placido Telo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramón Furtado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Telo having to make a save. Ramón Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Placido Telo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Ramón Furtado scored 9-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Placido Telo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Utopía Muerta FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
