Shen Xun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Daniel Kieca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Gregorio Montez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Shen Xun, 2-0. After 25 minutes of play, Russówek's Gregorio Montez made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shen Xun was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Gregorio Montez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Russówek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregorio Montez got free with Shen Xun in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Gregorio Montez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Shen Xun. That made the score 5-0 in the 37 minute of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Salvador Quezada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Russówek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Quezada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Gregorio Montez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Russówek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 46th minute, Marek Pliszka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gregorio Montez made a kick off. Encanto's Shen Xun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Montez in the 52nd minute of play. Shen Xun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, Encanto's Fabinho Pernambucano got a free kick in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Encanto's zone, Gregorio Montez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shen Xun came out of the goal and Gregorio Montez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Russówek made a substitution. Jakub Gdowski replaced Gregorio Montez. Jakub Gdowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakub Gdowski in the 65th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Shen Xun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Quezada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After having played for 70 minutes, Fabinho Pernambucano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shen Xun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Golembiewski in the 77th minute of play. After 79 minutes Encanto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zbigniew Zabrzeski who took care of the corner kick. 81 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Kennet Hedlund came free, but Shen Xun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jakub Gdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Russówek got a freekick which was hit by Marek Pliszka. 91 minutes into the game, Russówek's Ryszard Skonieczny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shen Xun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When Bernardinho Paes fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encanto's protests and gave Bernardinho Paes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Encanto's Bernardinho Paes got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Russówek fans cheered their team off the field, for while Encanto had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
