The audience was convinced that Leonides Rosio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo Beliran was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Rodrigo Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Honrio in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Viseu United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilmar Maia to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Piorno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Beliran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. When Urti Baeza came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Viseu United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urti Baeza couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Viseu United getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Nicolas Vilalobos hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match Ildefonso Ramirez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Beliran showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to San Lorenzo de Sarandi getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Alberto Iztal hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes Viseu United got a freekick which was hit by Nilmar Maia. In the 46th minute, Adalberto Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Celestino Inko was substituted for Leonides Rosio. Adalberto Marquez hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Celestino Inko made the kick off in the second half. Celestino Inko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Beliran made a huge save. Rodrigo Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nahuel Bocaj in the 63rd minute of play. Viseu United's Rodrigo Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Jerrold in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a corner. Viseu United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ildefonso Ramirez ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Jerrold in the 72nd minute of play forced Viseu United's goalkeeper Rodrigo Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Lorenzo Jerrold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Beliran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Jerrold hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match.
