In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Ged Nightingale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gianluigi Oblak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grzegorz Piechna's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Wawrzyniec Dejo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ged Nightingale having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Dejo in the 16th minute of play forced Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Ged Nightingale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yavuz Selimhan İğdemir hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Wawrzyniec Dejo took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ged Nightingale. Ged Nightingale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ged Nightingale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wawrzyniec Dejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ged Nightingale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Dejo in the 29th minute of play. Säfvahöjden's Gianluigi Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Hogg in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Säfvahöjden's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Bakker came free, but Gianluigi Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Bakker struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Gianluigi Oblak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrows Academy FC. Wawrzyniec Dejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Dejo came free, but Ged Nightingale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Pacho Quintianan got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Gianluigi Oblak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Piechna, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Ged Nightingale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wawrzyniec Dejo went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute, Peter Mpenza made a precise shot to the right of Ged Nightingale. Arrows Academy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Gianluigi Oblak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ged Nightingale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Siöman, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Säfvahöjden's goalkeeper Gianluigi Oblak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Bakker. Säfvahöjden's Gustav Siöman got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grzegorz Piechna's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Gianluigi Oblak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Säfvahöjden's Gianluigi Oblak got control of the ball when Santiago Abastas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arrows Academy FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Säfvahöjden had won, even though Arrows Academy FC had held more of the ball.
