In the 20th minute, Lars Bammerman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lost Boys Sports Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Lars Bammerman made a precise shot to the right of Jaap van der Schans. Westenenk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Westenenk's goalkeeper Jaap van der Schans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Westenenk booed when Lost Boys Sports Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Stenquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Lost Boys Sports Academy were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lars Bammerman to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Lars Bammerman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jaap van der Schans. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 56th minute, Lars Bammerman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lost Boys Sports Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Hu Cheng was substituted for Marcelo Xabat. Johan Sellberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaap van der Schans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Westenenk's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Johan Sellberg scored to the left of an out of position Jaap van der Schans, making the score, 1-5.
