The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Artur Bînciu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Rengifo in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Orling in the 17th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Maximo Horquizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Tytus Orling had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximo Horquizar. Sporting Buceo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tytus Orling was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC Wypyszek's Miroslaw Hetman got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 31st minute of the match FC Wypyszek got a corner. Sporting Buceo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miroslaw Hetman ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 36 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Che Fole. Artur Bînciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Rengifo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Damazy Joks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Horquizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergio Rengifo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximo Horquizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Joks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Sporting Buceo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Wypyszek were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tytus Orling stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Rengifo in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Bînciu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximo Horquizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aad Aab in the 60th minute of the match. Maximo Horquizar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damazy Joks in the 64th minute. In the 68th match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Che Fole to maneuver through the defense. FC Wypyszek's Hektor Fitrakis was substituted for Doug Traoré. Sporting Buceo made a substitution. Hampus Nordström replaced Filimon Gamburtsev. Che Fole hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Maureen Franco notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Wypyszek's Artur Bînciu.
