After having played for 21 minutes, Jânio Loureiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shark FC - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jânio Loureiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Buinton got free with Walmir Catarinense in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th match minute, Shark FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ghiţă Popescu to maneuver through the defense. Zézinho Coutinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wambasther Casillas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zézinho Coutinho ran back to his position shaking his head. Shark FC - FSCMZ's La 雷锋 got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Chiquinho Quirino got a free kick in the 35th minute. Bartolo Buintons short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Walmir Catarinense to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Shark FC - FSCMZ's Bartolo Buinton was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 36th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Walmir Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Buinton in the 39th minute of play. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's attentive Chiquinho Quirino managed to snatch the ball when Tiago dos Santos made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. After 44 played minutes ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ got a freekick which was hit by Marco Ruben. Carter Scudieri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Walmir Catarinense. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ made a substitution. Leonel Romero replaced Hudson Abreu. The wind increased when Marco Ruben made the kick off in the second half. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Marco Ruben got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by La 雷锋 in the 64th minute of play forced ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's goalkeeper Walmir Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
