Albano Ban started the match with the kick off. Luiz Eduardo Galvão made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Marco Ruben sent off a good shot on target. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Galvão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Aesir FC FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Marco Ruben dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 19th minute, Marco Ruben left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Álvaro Sergipano managed to get in a good position for a shot. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's supporters rose to their feet, but Álvaro Sergipano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Eduardo Galvão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marco Ruben in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luiz Eduardo Galvão, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Albano Ban blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walmir Catarinense having to make a save. A collision led to ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Almir de Barros hit a great ball. Walmir Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Ban, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Marco Ruben could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Luiz Eduardo Galvão made a huge save. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Aesir FC FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zézinho Coutinho took the corner. The corner ended in Zézinho Coutinho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aesir FC FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Galvão did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Ban in the 44th minute of play forced ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's goalkeeper Walmir Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Doriva Bueno who took care of the corner kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marco Ruben was the one to do the kick off. Marco Ruben's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Eduardo Galvão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Ruben in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Eduardo Galvão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dalmo de Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Walmir Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Hernani Félix in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Daniel Portillo. Marco Ruben scored 3-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Eduardo Galvão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Ruben in the 72nd minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aesir FC FSCMZ's zone, Marco Ruben stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Eduardo Galvão came out of the goal and Marco Ruben tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Galvão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zézinho Coutinho in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Marco Ruben got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Eduardo Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Ruben in the 91st minute of play. Marco Ruben took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eduardo Galvão. Luiz Eduardo Galvão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ had won, even though Aesir FC FSCMZ had held more of the ball.
