An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Bobocea in the 18th minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Alinborger's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rareș Bobocea was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Oltul Slatina's players had a chance to rest. Manuel Lovinescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslav Abend in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Scislowicz got free with Tadeu Moraes in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tadeu Moraes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Oltul Slatina's Roman Scislowicz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. FC Oltul Slatina's Roman Scislowicz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 48th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miroslav Abend to strike the kick off in the second half. After 78 played minutes FC Oltul Slatina got a freekick which was hit by Flavius Nistor. 84 minutes into the match, FC Alinborger's goal looked a bit too open when Olimpiu Antoniu came free, but Tadeu Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeu Moraes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Oltul Slatina's Mircea Chircu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Mircea Chircu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Oltul Slatina's supporters rose to their feet, but Mircea Chircu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeu Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Oltul Slatina fully deserved thier win.
