Albertinho Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, As de Ouro's goal looked a bit too open when Deivid Capixaba came free, but Samuca Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, As de Ouro's João Carlos Motta made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Augusto Quintal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Claudinho Tande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Rafa Alves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuca Lara was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Samuca Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafa Alves's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Samuca Lara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafa Alves went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Kaká Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
