An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Pirmin in the 26th minute of play forced JFSP's goalkeeper Võ Gozali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Perivaldo Tinoco during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hermínio Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Omar Loramendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Loramendi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Perivaldo Tinoco's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Omar Loramendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to JFSP getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Hermínio Meirelles hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute Hermínio Meirelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Loramendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flaco López took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Loramendi. Omar Loramendi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 65 played minutes JFSP got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Tinoco. 68 minutes into the match, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's goal looked a bit too open when Flaco López came free, but Omar Loramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 minutes, Perivaldo Tinoco made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Omar Loramendi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Vicente Montxo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Võ Gozali. That made the score 2-2 in the 72 minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Tinoco came free, but Omar Loramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Loramendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flaco López in the 83rd minute of the match. When Maurinho Varela fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JFSP's protests and gave Maurinho Varela a yellow card for diving instead. Honorio Vela took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Võ Gozali. JFSP's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented JFSP from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
