With a left leg Esteban Salvatore saved Valhalla Time from getting behind. In the 8thth minute of the game Julio Urko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valhalla Time's Esteban Salvatore was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Täpäl Asadov hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Esteban Salvatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Salvatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Urko in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Robustiano Fernandes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aurelio Astudillo. The goal made the score 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Don Malbec's Armando Paredes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Salvatore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Don Malbec's Aurelio Astudillo got control of the ball when Filiberto Peli tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 minutes of play, Don Malbec's Julio Urko made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteban Salvatore was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Julio Urko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cesar Eguzki fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valhalla Time's protests and gave Cesar Eguzki a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 44 minutes, Julio Urko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Don Malbec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Urko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute Julio Urko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Salvatore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Urko went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Julio Urko made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Gene Simmons mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Don Malbec and the Valhalla Time players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julio Urko let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 56th minute shot 1-5 at rihgt post. Aurelio Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Fernandes in the 59th minute of the match. Julian Distiratsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Salvatore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After 68 minutes Valhalla Time's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Julio Urko who took care of the corner kick. Esteban Salvatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Urko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Salvatore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Paredes in the 73rd minute. Filiberto Peli's late challenge caught a Don Malbec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Peli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Filiberto Peli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Urko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Esteban Salvatore came out and tried to block the shot, but Julio Urko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 79th minute. With his leg Esteban Salvatore managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Don Malbec's Armando Paredes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The nice shot from Armando Paredes in the 84thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Esteban Salvatore had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 84th match minute, Valhalla Time was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Valhalla Time's goalkeeper Esteban Salvatore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Paredes. Armando Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Salvatore having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Don Malbec eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
