Azubeli Gimilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Bannister, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Roger Bannister could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Azubeli Gimilio made a huge save. In the 33rd match minute, Internacional Pechofrío was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Salas to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute of the match Alianza FC got a corner. Internacional Pechofrío's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xamo Echague ran over to the corner to take the kick. 39 minutes into the game, Roger Bannister cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Azubeli Gimilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Internacional Pechofrío's Orlandus Busto got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Dalmau Berdu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Lasso having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Xamo Echague made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xamo Echague got free with Ted Lasso in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dalmau Berdu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Xamo Echague in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After a rather tough play, Alianza FC's Xulio Ispuzua got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Internacional Pechofrío's Loi Bultes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Alianza FC. Internacional Pechofrío were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
