Cevat Çokay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Sezai Soyuer made a huge save. Eralp Sezer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tarık Hacılar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Kümbetspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when İslam Kutuner came free, but Sezai Soyuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Celal Akdağ ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tarık Hacılar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Eralp Sezer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tarık Hacılar was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, ZorlaGeldik's goal looked a bit too open when Celal Akdağ came free, but Tarık Hacılar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kümbetspor FK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ali Orhan Tumbay hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Mehmet Hakkı Onursoy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tarık Hacılar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ali Orhan Tumbay hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Rahman Bozyiğit came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sezai Soyuer could save by the left post. Kümbetspor FK's Sezai Soyuer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Kümbetspor FK from getting a goal against them. Batuhan Tapgaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarık Hacılar having to interfere. In the 38th minute Celal Akdağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarık Hacılar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sezai Soyuer was a little too slow when İlyas Tolga Saver got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-1. The supporters of Kümbetspor FK booed when ZorlaGeldik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Önder Nasuh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kümbetspor FK's Numan Şerefhan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ZorlaGeldik. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celal Akdağ stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Kerimhan Atik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kümbetspor FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kerimhan Atik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tarık Hacılar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İlyas Tolga Saver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sezai Soyuer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vahdet Tayfur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kümbetspor FK's Sezai Soyuer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rahman Bozyiğit in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Kümbetspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Vahdet Tayfur came free, but Sezai Soyuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sezai Soyuer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlyas Tolga Saver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tarık Hacılar made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Celal Akdağ sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute, Kümbetspor FK's Celal Akdağ dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Tarık Hacılar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batuhan Tapgaç in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celal Akdağ got free with Tarık Hacılar in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sezai Soyuer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vahdet Tayfur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When ZorlaGeldik's Rahman Bozyiğit in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kümbetspor FK's goalie prevented a goal. Sezai Soyuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vahdet Tayfur in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahdet Tayfur in the 94th minute of play forced Kümbetspor FK's goalkeeper Sezai Soyuer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
