Jim Wallin came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by IKS Norrköping's Simon Dahlman. But to his dismay, Simon Dahlman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jim Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Dahlman, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After a rather tough play, Stream Sponsoren's Simon Britz got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Marcus Hedström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Fredriksson in the 9th minute of play forced Stream Sponsoren's goalkeeper Jim Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Stream Sponsoren were awarded a corner. Rasmus Ljungberg went to the cornerflag to take it. 12 minutes into the game, Niklas Söderberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stream Sponsoren's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IKS Norrköping the free kick. 14 minutes into the match, Stream Sponsoren's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Dahlman came free, but Jim Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When IKS Norrköping's Simon Dahlman, in the 14th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for IKS Norrköping. Jim Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stream Sponsoren's Jim Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Dahlman in the 18th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Hedström made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Allan Bruse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IKS Norrköping's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stream Sponsoren the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Dahlman got free with Jim Wallin in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Stream Sponsoren defense, Marcus Hedström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jim Wallin. The Stream Sponsoren fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jim Wallin should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Stream Sponsoren's Jim Wallin got control of the ball when Marcus Hedström tried to sneak it across the goal line. IKS Norrköping's Emanuel Sigfridsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Britz in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Bolin in the 83rd minute of play forced IKS Norrköping's goalkeeper Emanuel Sigfridsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tom Wassenius kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Jim Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Dahlman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. IKS Norrköping played a much better game than Stream Sponsoren and deserved their victory. The Stream Sponsoren players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
