Valter Mellin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olle Mellberg having to make a save. In the 34th minute, Alvin Löfgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olle Mellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Hammarbäck in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Oskar Skröder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Cheetah Team booed when Väderstad FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Eriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Cheetah Team were awarded a corner. Egon Ahlbom went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Cheetah Team's corner Alex Ahlrot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Olle Mellberg quite easily take care of the ball. Oskar Skröder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claes Caspersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Holmgren in the 93rd minute of play. Olle Mellberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Björn Hammarbäck in the 94th minute.
