Tyron Velasquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haimon Moraitopoulos having to interfere. In the 9th minute of the match Mike Richardson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Haimon Moraitopoulos skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tyron Velasquez got free with Haimon Moraitopoulos in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 13 minutes Ditalent.F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dominic Albright who took care of the corner kick. Santos FC's Dominic Albright was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Haimon Moraitopoulos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tyron Velasquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haimon Moraitopoulos having to make a save. Ditalent.F.C.'s Haimon Moraitopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyron Velasquez in the 15th minute of play. Tyron Velasquez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Haimon Moraitopoulos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Santos FC's Tory Weeks got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Dave Zamora shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aaron Smallwood showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Haimon Moraitopoulos made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Tyron Velasquez sent off a good shot on target. Aaron Smallwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deng Zheng Ke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Haimon Moraitopoulos managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Santos FC's Tyron Velasquez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The throw-in from Damon Kenney in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Santos FC's Tory Weeks. Lanny Gilmore might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haimon Moraitopoulos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lanny Gilmore ran back to his position shaking his head. Haimon Moraitopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lanny Gilmore, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tyron Velasquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haimon Moraitopoulos having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deng Zheng Ke was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ditalent.F.C.'s Dirk McQueen got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute Lanny Gilmore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haimon Moraitopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ditalent.F.C.'s zone, Tyron Velasquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haimon Moraitopoulos came out of the goal and Tyron Velasquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haimon Moraitopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lanny Gilmore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lanny Gilmore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Haimon Moraitopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lanny Gilmore in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haimon Moraitopoulos saved Ditalent.F.C. from getting behind. A collision led to Ditalent.F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nicholas Lockwood hit a great ball. Terence Nicholas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haimon Moraitopoulos having to make a save. Aaron Smallwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dirk McQueen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lanny Gilmore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haimon Moraitopoulos having to interfere. Dirk McQueen scored 0-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Smallwood, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Haimon Moraitopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Small, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Haimon Moraitopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 90th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, Santos FC's Lanny Gilmore made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haimon Moraitopoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Santos FC booed when Ditalent.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Platt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Terence Nicholas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haimon Moraitopoulos having to interfere. Santos FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ditalent.F.C. to leave the ground with a draw.
