Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iván Vila got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, FC Tarragona 2006's goal looked a bit too open when Reyes No came free, but Domingo Colsa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 5th play minutes Fernando Morientes shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Juan Carlos Suciu and just under the crossbar into goal. Fernando Morientes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the game, FC Tarragona 2006's Fernando Morientes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Carlos Suciu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Domingo Colsa made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Iván Vila sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, FC Tarragona 2006's Domingo Colsa got control of the ball when Iván Vila tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Fernando Morientes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Carlos Suciu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After some careless play in the Salud y República defense, Fernando Morientes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Carlos Suciu. The Salud y República fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Carlos Suciu should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the game, Fernando Morientes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Juan Carlos Suciu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Carlos Suciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moncho Vicente, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Salud y República's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Suciu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 43 minutes Salud y República's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frutos Bouzon who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Moncho Vicente almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu did a great save. After having played for 46 minutes, Fernando Morientes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Tarragona 2006's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Morientes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Morientes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the game Ximen Feria made a throw-in which Abdika Philip played forward. Juan Carlos Suciu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Morientes's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 56 minutes in the game Hori Marcos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Abdika Philip. When FC Tarragona 2006's Fernando Morientes in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salud y República's goalie prevented a goal. Fernando Morientes struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Juan Carlos Suciu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tarragona 2006. FC Tarragona 2006's Ansu Fatić was substituted for Fernando Morientes. Juan Carlos Suciu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frutos Bouzon in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ansu Fatić in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Carlos Suciu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 73 minutes Salud y República's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frutos Bouzon who took care of the corner kick. Juan Carlos Suciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ansu Fatić in the 82nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ansu Fatić kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan Carlos Suciu. That made the score 0-8 in the 85 minute of play. If Ansu Fatić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Carlos Suciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ansu Fatić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, FC Tarragona 2006's goal looked a bit too open when Reyes No came free, but Domingo Colsa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Colsa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reyes No in the 91st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Ansu Fatić took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Juan Carlos Suciu to make any attempt to save it. 96 minutes into the match, Salud y República's goal looked a bit too open when Ansu Fatić came free, but Juan Carlos Suciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match FC Tarragona 2006 got a corner. Salud y República's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frutos Bouzon ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Tarragona 2006's Frutos Bouzon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Juan Carlos Suciu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FC Tarragona 2006's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
