Spectators: 189 (Terracing: 143, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alexander Mian started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Quinto Ampudia lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Cristoforo Valerio. 7 minutes into the match, Calenzano's Quinto Ampudia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristoforo Valerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Quinto Ampudia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristoforo Valerio. As Melfi 1929's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quinto Ampudia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Calenzano's Enzo Martelli quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fabrizio Flamini, made in the 12th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Calenzano's Quinto Ampudia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristoforo Valerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Quinto Ampudia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calenzano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. As Melfi 1929's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Quinto Ampudia 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. The supporters of As Melfi 1929 booed when Calenzano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Martelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristoforo Valerio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quinto Ampudia went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Quinto Ampudia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristoforo Valerio having to make a save. Cristoforo Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinto Ampudia in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, As Melfi 1929's goal looked a bit too open when Quinto Ampudia came free, but Cristoforo Valerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Quinto Ampudia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cristoforo Valerio. The goal made the score 7-0. Cristoforo Valerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Quinto Ampudia in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Quinto Ampudia made a precise shot to the right of Cristoforo Valerio. As Melfi 1929's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quinto Ampudia to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Quinto Ampudia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristoforo Valerio was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Comunardo Chizzo struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Cristoforo Valerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calenzano. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quinto Ampudia in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristoforo Valerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Quinto Ampudia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristoforo Valerio was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Cristoforo Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinto Ampudia in the 68th minute of play. Quinto Ampudia might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristoforo Valerio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Quinto Ampudia ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristoforo Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinto Ampudia in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Arrigo Mammarella was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. As Melfi 1929's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calenzano the free kick. A collision led to As Melfi 1929 getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Arrigo Mammarella hit a great ball. Calenzano made a substitution. Dario Haslem replaced Filippo Vulcano. Calenzano's Ennio Daniele was substituted for Adrianinho Vasconcelos. In the 75th minute, Arrigo Mammarella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quinto Ampudia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quinto Ampudia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Calenzano's Yaniusky Pardo got a free kick in the 86th minute. Cristoforo Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinto Ampudia in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in As Melfi 1929's zone, Quinto Ampudia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristoforo Valerio came out of the goal and Quinto Ampudia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes in the game Fabrizio Flamini did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fedele Santagata. Quinto Ampudia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
