In the 8th minute Ni Xiong Bin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Gonzalez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Generoso Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ni Xiong Bin in the 13th minute of play. Chupan Estad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Åberg in the 16th minute of play. Generoso Gonzalez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ni Xiong Bin's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Chupan Estad successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ni Xiong Bin might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generoso Gonzalez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ni Xiong Bin ran back to his position shaking his head. ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Ni Xiong Bin pulled a muscle in his back after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 34 minutes, Aaron Jokin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka and the ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th match minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Jokin to maneuver through the defense.
