One of Nacional:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Naboonga Wild Katt FC:s goal. Florencio Montrell walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 25th minute of the match, Jim Morrison tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cristiano Aveiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anton Björnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Anton Björnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Sha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Björnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Xu Sha suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 43 minutes into the game, Manuel Iaki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cristiano Aveiro came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Manuel Silban. But to his dismay, Manuel Silban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Naboonga Wild Katt FC made a substitution. Quentin Francis replaced Jim Morrison.
