The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hahay's Zbyszek Pilipiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Lato in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Hahay getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alfred Skirzynski hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Jan Koczara could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Zbyszek Pilipiec however easily saved by the left post. In the 14th minute Jan Koczara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Pilipiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Daniel Noworolnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Lisewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Wypyszek's Bernard Wawro got a free kick in the 18th minute. Roland Lisewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Noworolnik in the 20th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC Wypyszek defense, Przemyslaw Ankiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Lisewski. The FC Wypyszek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Lisewski should have stopped the shot. A collision led to FC Wypyszek getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Bernard Wawro hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes Hahay got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Karbowski. Roland Lisewski came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Hahay's Daniel Noworolnik. But to his dismay, Daniel Noworolnik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. FC Wypyszek's Roland Lisewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Skirzynski in the 40th minute of play. When Adam Glembin fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hahay's protests and gave Adam Glembin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Adam Glembin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hahay made a substitution. Wit Jaszyna replaced Edgar Kornatowski. Adam Glembin kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

Roland Lisewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Noworolnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 68 played minutes Hahay got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Skirzynski. Hahay's Klement Walicki was substituted for Waldemar Karbowski. In the 69th minute, Alfred Skirzynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hahay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Lato was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Wypyszek's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jan Lato almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hahay's Zbyszek Pilipiec did a great save. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Daniel Noworolnik took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Roland Lisewski to make any attempt to save it. In the 81st minute Jacek Wolczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Pilipiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Podolski in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbyszek Pilipiec saved Hahay from getting behind. Radomir Karwowski's late challenge caught a FC Wypyszek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radomir Karwowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Radomir Karwowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klement Walicki hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Leonard Podolski notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Hahay's Zbyszek Pilipiec. Zbyszek Pilipiec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roland Lisewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Przemyslaw Ankiewicz in the 92nd minute of play. When Daniel Noworolnik in the 96th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Roland Lisewski kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The Hahay players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
