The audience was convinced that Flavio Montrel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Marz was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Rabah Khaldi scored 1-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Maidana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Abelardo Tabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Marz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Montrel in the 19th minute of play. Astor Maidana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Dale, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Xene Fc's Helge Dale in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cremaster's goalie prevented a goal. Astor Maidana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Helge Dale's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Astor Maidana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Iraunkor, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Cremaster's Flavio Montrel was, in the 30th minute, rewarded a free kick which he blasted straight towards the goal. The goalkeeper seemed frozen by the shot, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went outside of the right post. After 33 minutes of play, Xene Fc's Rabah Khaldi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Maidana was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute, Rabah Khaldi made a precise shot to the right of Astor Maidana. Cremaster's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Astor Maidana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Khaldi in the 39th minute of the match. Helge Dale struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Astor Maidana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xene Fc. Marcos Froylan made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Helge Dale immediately put the ball in play. Astor Maidana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helge Dale in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute Flavio Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Marz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Helge Dale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xene Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Helge Dale to make the kick off. Rabah Khaldi's late challenge caught a Cremaster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rabah Khaldi helped the player get up and apologised. Astor Maidana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Helge Dale in the 56th minute. Fermin Gorri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Marz having to interfere. When Abel Oidor fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xene Fc's protests and gave Abel Oidor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Xene Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Oidor to maneuver through the defense. Xene Fc's Edgardo Marz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Montrel in the 61st minute of play. Cremaster's Astor Maidana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Iraunkor in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Abelardo Tabor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cremaster's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xene Fc the free kick. Abelardo Tabor hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Astor Maidana didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Xene Fc's Rabah Khaldi shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-5 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 72nd minute Flavio Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Marz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match Cremaster got a corner. Xene Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Casimiro Quilino ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Casimiro Quilino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Xene Fc's Edgardo Marz did a great save. After 82 minutes of play Xene Fc's Abel Oidor was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Abel Oidor kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Flavio Montrel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th match minute, Cremaster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Quilino to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute of the match, Helge Dale got a very nice opportunity to score, but Astor Maidana was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Astor Maidana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Helge Dale in the 93rd minute. Astor Maidana made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Rabah Khaldi sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Helge Dale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Cremaster fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Xene Fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
