Marcelo Pello's late challenge caught a Valhalla F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The coaching staff of Valhalla F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gustau Salamanca had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Unidad de Matanza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valhalla F.C. the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Christian Lekubegi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dorio Laje. That made the score 3-4 in the 95 minute of play. Unidad de Matanza played a much better game than Valhalla F.C. and deserved their victory. The Valhalla F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
