Emil Ioviță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caner Sinan having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, BÖRÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Macit Kavaş to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arman Polatkan was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Continental Buzau's Ciprian Tomozei got a free kick in the 54th minute. George Ţăranu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arman Polatkan went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The coaching staff of BÖRÜ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ali Atıf Kayrar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. If Aron Mardare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Nechifor Pătrașcu with Aron Mardare as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Continental Buzau getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Eliodor Basarab hit a great ball. Emil Ioviță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Batu Cem Akansel managed to get in a good position for a shot. BÖRÜ's supporters rose to their feet, but Batu Cem Akansel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Ţăranu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. BÖRÜ's Ali Macit Kavaş got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Continental Buzau's Emil Ioviță got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 99 minutes, Aron Mardare managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Continental Buzau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Mardare was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
