Daniele Anastasi started the match with the kick off. Arrigo Guerriero charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arrigo Guerriero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, Gabbro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arrigo Guerriero to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peri Kane got free with Alessandro Di Carlo in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Charlie Rudnik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Anastasi in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of Gabbro FC booed when Neve Lihi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peri Kane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demetrio Tondi scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charlie Rudnik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Daniele Anastasi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Charlie Rudnik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 played minutes Neve Lihi got a freekick which was hit by Hertzl Pomerantz. 27 minutes into the match, Neve Lihi's goal looked a bit too open when Daniele Anastasi came free, but Charlie Rudnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 32 in the game by Yoash Gozlan from a close distance when the talented Alessandro Di Carlo managed to make a qualified save. Gabbro FC's players were relieved. In the 35th minute Daniele Anastasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Rudnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Gabbro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Lasker came free, but Alessandro Di Carlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Neve Lihi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aryeh von Rede to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Daniele Anastasi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charlie Rudnik. Neve Lihi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniele Anastasi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After having played for 54 minutes Alberigo Benvenuto got an excellent opportunity and fired away a shot on goal, but Charlie Rudnik was perfectly placed and executed a great save. In the 55th minute, Daniele Anastasi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gabbro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. A collision led to Gabbro FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Carter Campese hit a great ball. The supporters of Neve Lihi booed when Gabbro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter Campese didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabbro FC's Alessandro Di Carlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Lasker in the 86th minute of play. Alessandro Di Carlo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yoash Gozlan went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The Gabbro FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
