Virgil Gaines didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crni Tigrovi. Ivan Dojkić hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Julian Pryor could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Miro Zemunović however easily saved by the left post. If Lee Delong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Moorefield AFC booed when Crni Tigrovi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopold Salzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgil Gaines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Hajni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 22 minutes, Lee Delong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moorefield AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lee Delong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miro Zemunović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lee Delong in the 24th minute of the match. Virgil Gaines didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Hajni went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Lee Delong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miro Zemunović was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. When Julian Pryor came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Moorefield AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Pryor couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute of the match, Lee Delong tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miro Zemunović saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 45 minutes into the game, Ernest Matejaš cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Virgil Gaines was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Moorefield AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Crni Tigrovi were winning 0-2.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Julian Pryor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moorefield AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Pryor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miro Zemunović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute Lee Delong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miro Zemunović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopold Salzer charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopold Salzer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes Crni Tigrovi got a freekick which was hit by Leopold Salzer. Lee Delong hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Julian Pryor scored 1-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miro Zemunović, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ernest Matejaš kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Crni Tigrovi's Miro Zemunović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Pryor in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Lee Delong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miro Zemunović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miro Zemunović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Winford Bowden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Alfredo Alonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgil Gaines made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Oto Bjelobrk sent off a good shot on target. The Crni Tigrovi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
