In the 15th minute Hiram Gluckman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Tornese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saucho's Ciro Tornese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simcha Romanel in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Deuel Gabison had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Tornese. Saucho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Deuel Gabison was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 28th minute of the match, Simcha Romanel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciro Tornese saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hiram Gluckman scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciro Tornese, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Saucho's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Simcha Romanel 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simcha Romanel made a kick off. Vardimon Silverberg hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match.
