In the 11th minute, Gunnar Österberg fired a really elegant long shot, but Sabri Fouquet threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saphet Muli got free with Sabri Fouquet in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pierre-Antoine Mariette charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierre-Antoine Mariette the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pierre-Antoine Mariette kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The long shot by Gunnar Österberg in the 18th minute really tested Sabri Fouquet's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 21st match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Boivin to maneuver through the defense. Lukas Granström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabri Fouquet having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Warberg FC's Saphet Muli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Fouquet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Börje Magnusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Michel Blandin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Simon Boivin kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Anton Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Thibaut Mazieres's late challenge caught a Warberg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thibaut Mazieres helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thibaut Mazieres to maneuver through the defense. Jean-Michel Blandin, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Warberg FC's Börje Magnusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Antoine Mariette in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thibaut Mazieres to make the kick off. Sabri Fouquet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ture Strömberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sabri Fouquet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ture Strömberg in the 55th minute of play. Sabri Fouquet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Rosendahl in the 58th minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Pascal Hingant to maneuver through the defense. La Pointe Courte's Mathis Castella was substituted for Yann Segond. In the 67th minute, Jean-Pascal Hingant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in La Pointe Courte's zone, Lukas Granström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Fouquet came out of the goal and Lukas Granström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Ture Strömberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warberg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ture Strömberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. La Pointe Courte were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Warberg FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jean-Michel Blandin took the corner. After taking down the ball on La Pointe Courte's corner Jean-Michel Blandin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Börje Magnusson quite easily take care of the ball. Sabri Fouquet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Granström in the 78th minute of the match. Gunnar Österberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabri Fouquet having to interfere. If Lukas Granström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Carl Rosendahl notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet. Sabri Fouquet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 93rd match minute, Warberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thibaut Mazieres got free with Börje Magnusson in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 96 minutes into the match, La Pointe Courte's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Österberg came free, but Sabri Fouquet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Warberg FC fully deserved thier win.
