Spectators: 186 (Terracing: 140, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Samuel Namasivayam kicked off to start the match. Santutxo Casquete charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santutxo Casquete the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Samba Fotboll U21 booed when Club Olimpia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santutxo Casquete didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven-Oskar Broman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulo Cabrera. Club Olimpia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Samba Fotboll U21's Run Run got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Cabrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Namasivayam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Namasivayam came free, but Paulo Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Namasivayam in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Samuel Namasivayam cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Paulo Cabrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's Sidro Lascano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronnie Meck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 20 played minutes Club Olimpia got a freekick which was hit by Eliazar Salantes. Paulo Cabrera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Namasivayam went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Paulo Cabrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Namasivayam, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. During the 36th minute of the match Santutxo Casquete completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Santutxo Casquete a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 38th minute of the match Elias Meck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Cabrera skillfully saved the ball. During the 39th minute of the match Eliazar Salantes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eliazar Salantes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 40 played minutes Club Olimpia got a freekick which was hit by Eliazar Salantes. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The audience was convinced that Run Run's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Cabrera was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Samba Fotboll U21's Paulo Cabrera threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Run Run, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Run Run in the 56th minute of play forced Club Olimpia's goalkeeper Paulo Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Run Run left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Paulo Cabrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Run Run, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 60th minute, Humberto Tabares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's goalkeeper Paulo Cabrera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuel Namasivayam. Samba Fotboll U21's Run Run got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sven-Oskar Broman hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 68 minutes of play, Samba Fotboll U21's Samuel Namasivayam made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Cabrera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulo Cabrera was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Run Run capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Run Run really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Namasivayam in the 78th minute of play forced Club Olimpia's goalkeeper Paulo Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Club Olimpia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sven-Oskar Broman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Run Run in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Cabrera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 87 played minutes Club Olimpia got a freekick which was hit by Alan Cano. After a defensive mix-up in Club Olimpia's zone, Run Run stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Cabrera came out of the goal and Run Run tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samba Fotboll U21 played a much better game than Club Olimpia and deserved their victory. The Club Olimpia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
